Our Story
My name is Iwona Soroka. I started off in the hospitality industry nearly 12 years ago now, and have gone through bartending, serving, management and consulting. I've worked with both independent and large brands.
Throughout my time in the industry I've noticed a huge inconsistency in training and business operations across the sector. Some businesses are great at each, some don't have the resources but have the ideals.
This is where the idea for Hospitality Life UK came about. With a personal passion for training and development I wanted to build a community of like-minded hospitality professionals to help them grow and develop as people, employees and businesses.
